Ingredients
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
10 garlic cloves
1 tablesppon pine nuts (you can skip this if it's not available)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Put fresh basil leaves, garlic into a blender and churn.
Then add avocado and pine nuts and salt and blend until its smooth.
Add olive oil and give a quick mix.
You can use this sauce for Pesto Pasta or try the Pesto Omelette.
