Ingredients
2 eggs (for 3-4 medium sized omelettes)
1/4 cup grated beetroot
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 green chilies chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil to drizzle
Instructions
In a bowl, add grated carrot and beetroot, chopped chilies, salt and pepper.
Add 2 whole eggs and mix well.
Heat the tava/frying pan and spread the egg mixture with a ladle and drizzle oil on the sides.
Flip once it's cooked and cook both sides.
Colorful and healthy breakfast is ready in 5 mins!
