Ingredients
2 cups Broccoli florets slightly blanched
1/2 cup chickpea flour
3/4 cup curd
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Oil to drizzle
Skewers
Instructions
In a bowl add curd, chickpea flour.
Add all the masala powders and salt. Mix well to form a thick marinade
Add the slightly blanched broccoli florets and coat the marinade on all sides.
Refrigerate for 30 mins.
Arrange the marinated florets onto a skewer and place them on a baking sheet with tray. (you can keep them without the skewers too).
Drizzle oil on top of the florets. Grill them in the pre-heated oven at 200 degree celsius for 20 mins or until they're brown.
Serve with mint chutney / green chutney.
Note:
You can also make them on tawa. Just grill them on the tawa until all sides are brown and slightly charred
