Ingredients
1 cup tofu cubes (you can also use paneer cubes)
1 carrot diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 medium onion bulbs taken out
1/2 cup cabbage julienne
1/2 cup zucchini julienne
5-6 garlic cloves minced
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil and fry tofu until slightly brown. Keep aside.
Add garlic, garlic and green chilies and saute for 2 mins.
Add onion bulbs and saute for a minute. Then add carrot, bell pepper and cabbage.
Saute until vegetables are little tender. Add pepper, Salt, vinegar, soy sauce and ketchup.
Add zucchini and fried tofu and toss gently.
Serve when it's hot.
