Ingredients
Pizza Base
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Jowar flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon psyllium husk (isabgol). This is for binding.
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano (optional)
1 teaspoon oil
(If it's difficult to get jowar flour then you can always make it with wheat. check out the wheat pizza here)
Ingredients for Pizza
Toppings of your choice. I have added broccoli, capsicum, some spinach/palak leaves and onion.
Mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Oregano and chilli flakes.

Instructions
Pizza base
Mix 1/2 cup jowar flour, 1tbs coconut flour, 1 tbs psyllium husk.
Boil 1/4 cup water, add 1tsp oregano, 1tsp oil and 1tsp salt. As the water starts bubbling, add the flour mixture to it and turn off the flame.
Mix it with a spoon as the mixture will be hot. Transfer it onto a surface and knead for 5mins until it forms a firm dough.
Take a large lemon sized ball from the dough to make a regular sized Pizza.
Dust the dough and the surface, roll out like roti but little thicker. Be careful while rolling the dough, it could break if too much pressure is applied.
Cut with a large round cutter to get a perfect round base. Take a fork and prick to make tiny holes on the both sides. (this is to ensure that the base doesn't puff up).
Baking the Pizza
Transfer the rolled pizza base on to the tava and wait for a minute and flip it (this it to make sure that both sides are cooked).
Apply Pizza sauce generously leaving a small gap around the base so the sauce doesn't run onto the tava becasue of heat.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the base and top it with slices onions, broccoli and capsicum. (you can add toppings of your choice).
Sprinkle chilli flakes, oregano and some more cheese to get a cheesy pizza.
Cover the tava with a lid and let it cook for about 5 mins.
Remove the pizza from tava and cut it into slices and Enjoy!

The texture of the base is identical to Domino's thin crust pizza!
Its super thin, crispy on the bottom and soft on the top.
