Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

  • Half of large Pumpkin diced

  • 1 large onion chopped

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4-5 garlic cloves chopped

  • 2-3 green chilies chopped

  • 1 tablespoon oregano mix

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/4 cup cream (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add chopped onions, garlic and green chilies.

  2. Saute until onions are translucent, add oregano mix and diced pumpkins.

  3. Add salt and 1 cup water and let it cook until pumpkin is soft.

  4. Let the mixture cool and blend it smooth.

  5. Add more water if it's too thick. Let it come to a boil, adjust salt if necessary.

  6. Turn off the flame. Pour cream and mix it (optional).

  7. Serve with chili flakes sprinkled.
