Ingredients
2-3 cups of vegetables
Broccoli
Zucchini
Carrot
Capsicum
Sweet potato
French beans
Asparagus
salt
pepper
garlic
chili flakes
oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
(You can add any vegetable of your choice)
Instructions
Cut all the vegetables into medium size juliennes. Take out the broccoli florets.
Arrange all the vegetables on a tray.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic, chili flakes, oregano.
Sprinkle olive oil.
Keep the tray in the pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 mins or until the edges are charred.
Add some lemon juice on top and serve while still hot.
